Airlife Hydrofilter

The AIRLIFE Hydrofilter prevents fires in air ducts. This is essential in kitchens with an open fire that operate a mangal, tandoor, grill, etc. The equipment extinguishes sparks and lowers the temperature of the exhaust air, protecting the restaurant from fire.

Before hot air from a brazier or grill enters the kitchen exhaust ventilation system, it passes through the Airlife Hydrofilter system's four layers of protection:

• Water curtain. Large sparks get wet, and flames are extinguished.
• Water maze. Small sparks are extinguished and smoke is cooled.
• Direction change. The direction of airflow reverses over water, where ash, soot and carbon particles settle due to the force of inertia.
• Drip eliminator. The smallest water droplets that remain in the cooled, spark-free air are captured in order to prevent water from entering the air ducts.

This multi-level protection guarantees that the airflow is cooled and completely protected from sparks and flames, thereby ensuring fire safety for the restaurant's exhaust ventilation.
