Delivery terms

  • For delivery, you must provide the exact address of the destination, the contact person.

  • When receiving the products, it is necessary to check the appearance of the goods and the completeness of the delivery in the presence of the forwarder / courier.

  • The courier does not advise on the technical parameters and functional features of the goods, their compatibility, cost, etc. You can get this information from the sales managers by phone +7 (495) 923-27-20.

  • Payment for goods is made in rubles. It is possible to pay for the purchase using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro plastic cards or electronic money on our website − link to product card page − step 3 - payment.

For goods paid by bank transfer

  • Shipping documents (waybill, invoice) are valid for one day. Since the documents are transferred from the office by courier once a day before starting work, the date of receipt of the goods must be agreed with the seller no later than the day before before 15.00.

    If the buyer did not pick up the equipment (self-delivery), then he must contact the seller and inform him of a new date. Otherwise, the documents will not be ready and the goods will not be released.

  • When receiving the goods, the buyer must have a power of attorney to receive the goods (the power of attorney indicates the specific technique and quantity, or "material assets paid for by invoice No...."). The date of receipt of the goods must be within the validity period of the power of attorney.

  • If the equipment is received by a transport company, then the power of attorney (in electronic form) must be from the buyer to the transport company (if a representative of the transport company comes to pick up the goods himself, then he must have a power of attorney from his company). Individuals, in addition to a power of attorney, send a copy of their passport by e-mail. If the power of attorney is issued to another individual, then it contains the passport data of the authorized person.

When canceling an order

Warranty

Warranty maintenance of the equipment during the entire warranty period is carried out by authorized service centers of the respective manufacturers. A prerequisite for performing warranty repairs is the availability of a warranty card, in which the columns with the name of the product, warranty period, date of sale and serial number of the device must be filled in.

  • If the Customer refuses the Goods of good quality, the Seller must return to him the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, with the exception of the costs of the seller for the delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than 10 days from the date the consumer presents the relevant demand.
  • Return of goods of inadequate quality

    A product of inadequate quality means a product that is not able to ensure its functional qualities due to a significant drawback (with defects / defects).

    The buyer, to whom the goods of inadequate quality were sold, if this was not agreed by the seller, has the right to declare any of the following requirements at his choice:

  • replacement with a product of a similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
  • commensurate reduction in the purchase price;
  • gratuitous elimination of product defects or reimbursement of costs for their correction by the buyer or a third party;
  • has the right to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
  • When returning technically complex goods of inadequate quality (the list of such goods was approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 10, 2011 No. 924 "On approval of the list of technically complex goods"), the Buyer has the right to demand:

  • replacement with a product of a similar brand (model, article) or the same product of another brand (model, article) with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price;
  • to withdraw from the contract and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
  • All of the above requirements for the return of goods of inadequate quality can be presented within the following terms:

  • The product has a warranty period — during the entire warranty period;
  • The product has no warranty period — within a reasonable time, but not more than 2 years.
  • The online store has the right to refuse to exchange or return the goods if it considers that the detected significant defect is the result of improper use of the goods.

    In case of disagreement over the quality or the causes of defects, the online store has the right to conduct an independent examination at its own expense. The buyer can participate in the examination and challenge its decision in court. If, as a result of the examination, it is established that the defects of the goods arose due to the fault of the Buyer, then the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the cost of the examination to the online store, as well as the costs of transporting and storing the goods associated with it.
